Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PROJEKTA (“the Platform”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Platform is operated by NXTFaze Construction Consultancy, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR 191-321). If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the Platform does

PROJEKTA uses AI to turn a project brief or uploaded documents into a construction plan: phases, a timeline, a priced materials takeoff, workforce planning, a permit checklist, an HSE plan, value-engineering proposals, a sustainability plan, financial analytics, a conversational assistant for re-planning and bid analysis, bid-pack export (PDF and Excel), drawing checks, receipt OCR and labour actuals from timesheets. Features change over time; we do not guarantee any particular feature will remain available.

3. AI-generated content is guidance only

Important. All AI outputs — plans, costs, quantities, schedules, permit checklists, safety content, win-probability figures and assistant answers — are estimates and drafts generated by a language model from the information you supply and from public web sources. They are not engineering, legal, regulatory or financial advice, have not been reviewed by a professional and are not validated against any authority. You must have them checked by qualified professionals and the relevant local authorities before using them on a real project, bid or contract. We accept no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of AI output.

4. Your account and responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data and documents you upload, and for having the right to upload them.
• Do not use the Platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack or overload the service, resell access, or reverse-engineer the AI prompts or models.
• Comply with the construction, permitting and safety regulations that apply in your jurisdiction. The Platform helps you prepare; it does not obtain approvals for you.

5. Plans, trials and billing

• Free trial — new accounts get a 7-day trial with a fixed AI-token allowance, no card required. When it ends the account drops to the free tier with a smaller monthly allowance.
• Subscriptions — Professional and Enterprise plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
• Token allowances — each plan includes a monthly AI-token allowance. Generation and chat consume tokens; when the allowance is used up, AI features pause until the next month or until you buy a top-up. Unused allowance does not roll over. Top-ups are one-time purchases for the current month and are non-refundable once credited.
• Price changes — we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
• Team members — Enterprise project sharing may carry a per-member charge as shown on the pricing page.

6. Your data, storage and backups

Your projects are stored in our cloud database (Google Cloud, United States) and, for offline use, in your browser. We take an automated daily backup retained for 30 days. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to you and to people you share it with, and to send it to our AI provider to generate output. Aggregated, non-personal market rates discovered during generation may be retained and reused across accounts. You can export or delete your data at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting important projects regularly; we are not liable for data loss beyond restoring from the most recent backup.

7. Sharing

If you share a project, the people you invite can view or edit it according to the role you assign. You are responsible for who you invite. Deleting your account deletes the projects you own, including for people you shared them with.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform — its code, design, prompts, branding and documentation — belongs to NXTFaze Construction Consultancy and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of it to you. Your project content remains yours.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be slow, degraded or unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue features, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Warranty and liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, contracts or data, or for reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
